What to Bring:

Vinyasa Flow in Moore Park:

Thursdays at 4:00 PM with Michele Leger

during the month of June only

Join Michele for a DONATION-BASED 45-minute all-levels yoga flow. After class, stick around for light refreshments and easygoing conversation – if that speaks to you.

This Vinyasa Yoga class in Moore Park is more than just a physical practice – it’s an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, others and with nature. Surrounded by the fresh air, trees, lake view, and natural beauty of Moore Park, we’ll flow together in a way that nurtures the body, mind, and heart.

A Vinyasa class is a dynamic, flowing class that links breath with movement in a steady sequence of postures. As you move from one pose to the next, expect to build heat and energy in the body. Vinyasa is great for developing strength, flexibility, and endurance while also cultivating mental focus, presence, and inner discipline.

Air Quality & Weather:

If thunderstorms are within a close distance or air quality reaches orange or higher due to wildfire smoke, class will be cancelled for safety. We’ll notify all registered participants via email.

SUP {Stand-up Paddle Board} Yoga

Wednesdays at 7:15PM during July & Aug only

At Ella Redkey Pool with Delayne Ryde

This SUP {StandUp Paddle board} yoga class will challenge you in the most simple of postures for the beginner yogi and even the advanced practitioner. Come prepared to laugh, {maybe} fall, and get your zen on.

What better way to do yoga in the summer than on the water?

Your yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. You will then move into a more dynamic flow {and realize how much core work you actually have to do to stay up!} before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures.

We’ll finish class, like we always do, with savasana. Which, we think a floating savasana is so blissful that you’ll come back over and over again.

Come prepared:

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to get set up – boards will be provided and anchored to the pool. However, we can only allow a max of 9 students per class.  If you are bringing your own board, please arrive 15 minutes early to get it anchored.

You are welcome to wear either swimsuit or yoga apparel. Make sure you come prepared with sunscreen, a towel, and maybe a hat {as long as it doesn’t get in the way of your practice}.

Paddle & Flow:

SUP Yoga at Rocky Point

Join Delaney and Jill for a 2.5-hour stand-up paddleboard yoga experience in one of the calmest and most scenic areas of Upper Klamath Lake. We’ll begin with a short land-based yoga flow to warm up, then paddle about 20 minutes to Comfort Point—a quiet, spring-fed spot with clear water and mountain views. Once there, we’ll move through a full 60-minute beginner-friendly SUP yoga class right on the boards.

Practicing yoga on a paddleboard is a unique and fun challenge—engaging your core, refining your balance, and helping you stay fully present with the water, sky, and surroundings. No prior experience with yoga or SUP is needed.

What to Expect:
  • Mini flow session on land before launching
  • Group paddle to Comfort Point (approx. 20 minutes)
  • SUP yoga flow on the water (60 minutes)
  • Time to float, relax, or explore before returning
Why This Spot?

While much of Upper Klamath Lake experiences algae blooms in the summer, Rocky Point is different. This area is spring-fed, keeping the water clear and cooler. It’s peaceful, open, and ideal for paddling and practicing yoga away from the busy areas.

What to Bring:
  • Your own paddleboard – this is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Board) event. One board may be available at the resort, but availability is not guaranteed.
  • Paddle, life vest, plenty of water, sunscreen
  • Swimwear or quick-dry clothing you can move in
  • Optional but helpful: a small anchor or weight to help keep your board steady during the yoga flow
  • Lunch or snack – bring your own or grab a bite at Harriman’s Restaurant and Bar, just down the road (open 8 AM–8 PM, closed Mon/Tues)
Arrival & Safety:

Please plan to arrive by 9:30 AM to allow time to park, unload your board, and get set up for the land-based practice. Before launching, we’ll review basic paddleboarding technique and safety, and make sure everyone is comfortable on the water.

About the Area:

We’ll paddle near the Klamath National Wildlife Refuge—home to over 250 bird species, including bald eagles, herons, and pelicans. You might also spot late-summer wocus lilies and enjoy quiet views of the surrounding marsh and mountains.

Make a Day of It:

After class, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the area. Rocky Point Resort offers kayaking, fishing, hiking, birdwatching, and relaxing lakefront views.

SUP Requirements for Oregon:

To paddle legally and safely in Oregon, please make sure you have:

  • A Waterway Access Permit (required for boards 10+ feet; $7 for 7 days or $19 annually – available online or via the MyODFW app)
  • A life jacket (PFD) on your board
  • A whistle or sound-making device for safety
  • A white light or flashlight if paddling at dusk (not needed for this event, but good to know)
Water Safety Disclaimer:

Instructors are not lifeguard-certified. All participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim confidently. Wearing a life vest (PFD) is strongly encouraged. By joining this event, you acknowledge responsibility for your own safety on the water.

108 Solstice Flow

Flow into the season of light and renewal with a transformative Sun Salutation practice that warms the body, clears the mind, and awakens the spirit.

This winter solstice, Asana Yoga & Ayurveda will honor the changing season, welcoming warmth, light, and longer days with a sun salutation practice.

The foundation of this 2.5-hour event will be the sacred 108 sun salutations completed in 9 sets of 12. To begin, we will center ourselves and briefly warm-up. Upon completion we will progress into several calming yin postures before a restorative savasana.

This sort of practice can rouse emotions stored in the body. As such, provided will be pen, paper, and opportunity to freely write any thoughts or reflections that surface.

Lindsay intends to lead and support while holding space for you to flow at your own pace. This practice promises to leave you feeling rewarded and renewed.

Please note that this Saturday’s regularly scheduled Hot Flow class has been cancelled to accommodate this special workshop. This is a separately paid event and is not included as part of our regular class schedule.

Modifications will be provided and rest breaks incorporated.

Spring Cleanse Workshop and Guided Support

Does the warm weather and sunshine have you ready for summer?

Join Delaney on Sunday, April 6th to learn about how to release from winter hibernation and lighten up for the summer months ahead.

Explore how to cleanse your body and mind in a supportive way guided by Ayurvedic principles. This type of cleansing is focused on eating a mono-diet or “kitchari” which consists of a mixture of rice, dal and other nourishing veggies, and engaging in daily rituals to help simplify the body and mind.

The cleanse will begin with the workshop and then attendees will get to choose how long to continue the cleanse for the following week.* Delaney will provide support for each day of your cleanse, including a text group where you can communicate with each other and ask questions throughout the week.

*When you register by March 28, you have the option to order the kitchari kit for the cleanse so you don’t have to worry about shopping ahead of time!

Why do a Cleanse?

One way to assess if you need a cleanse, besides feeling tired, stiff, achy, rashy, moody, or brain foggy, is to evaluate your digestive fire. If you feel like this, then an Ayurvedic cleanse might be perfect for you.

  • Do you feel sluggish, toxic, or overweight?
  • Do some products and food make you feel unwell.
  • Do you desire more energy + stronger immune system?
  • Are you tired of mood swings + cravings that take over you?
  • Are you ready to release old patterns, emotions + behaviors?

Schedule:

  • Preparation: 5-7 days before the active cleanse, it is helpful to start cleaning up and simplifying your diet. Delaney will send an email with tips for the week prior.
  • Cleanse Workshop: Sunday, April 6th at 10 -12:30 pm. Dive deeper into Ayurvedic cleansing and learn about how this practice can support a well-balanced lifestyle. Experience movement, meditation, and breathwork that you can use throughout the week to support you during your cleanse. We will then share a kitchari lunch to kick off your kitchari cleanse beginning the next day. If you choose to order a supplies to make your daily kitchari through Asana, you will get all ingredients at the workshop.
  • Active Cleansing: Begins April 7th and goes for 3-7 days following. At the workshop you will receive cleansing, yoga, meditation and breathwork tips to help you during your cleanse. You will also be added to a text group where Delaney will communicate with you throughout the week. In this group you can support each other and ask questions as they come up throughout the cleanse.

The Kitchari Kit:

Kitchari is a thick, soupy meal made with rice, dal, and spices. It is easy to digest and often enjoyed as part of an Ayurvedic cleanse. This kit provides the basic supplies to make flavorful and nutritious kitchari for seven days. This kit retails for $100. It includes:

  • Yellow Mung Dal: These hulled and split mung beans cook into a soft texture with a satisfying taste. It’s the perfect bean for detoxification, less gas, and nutritious protein.
  • Basmati Rice: Basmati is a long grain and easily digestible rice with a nutty flavor and aroma.
  • Kitchari Spice Mix: This flavorful spice mix makes kitchari easy and delicious. Recipe included with the kit.
  • Cultured Ghee: This creamy, cultured ghee adds an oily quality that supports digestion and detoxification during a cleanse.
  • Triphala Tablets: Renowned for its ability to both detoxify and replenish the system, Triphala gently supports digestion and a healthy gut microbiome while it helps relieve occasional constipation and supports regularity.
  • Total Body Cleanse Tablets: Designed to enhance a cleanse or whole-body detox, Total Body Cleanse combines bitter, purifying herbs in a well-rounded blend. With an affinity for the blood and liver, these herbs work together to support the body’s natural detoxifying process.
  • CCF Tea: CCF Tea is famous in Ayurveda for supporting healthy digestion, soothing common digestive discomforts, and supporting the body’s natural ability to detox. With a mild, slightly nutty flavor, this savory blend can be enjoyed at any time.
