Melina Johnson

Melina was born and raised in Klamath Falls, and has been employed at the Klamath County District Attorney’s Office for approximately 35 years. Her family remains in the Klamath Basin as they love to spend lots of time outdoors, which includes camping, kayaking, hiking and fishing. She loves being physically active, and has spent a lot of her adult years playing tournament softball.

Melina started her yoga practice approximately 6 years ago at Asana Yoga Studio. Her reason for practicing yoga was physical healing after given birth to twins 30 years ago. Within 4 months, she experienced not only a physical transformation, but mental and spiritual healing from so many things that was weighing heavy in my heart. Her restoration was life-changing, which inspired her to become a yoga teacher. Melina received her yoga teacher certification in 2022 from Natalie Stawsky at Ashland Yoga Studio.

Through her journey of healing, Melina always knew she wanted to give back to my community in some way. She truly enjoys practicing with her fellow yogis and looks forward to meeting new faces. She is excited to share with you a life of managing stress, improving your strength, and discovering ways together in honoring our bodies.

It is truly a privilege sharing my practice with you. Looking forward in guiding us into a new seasons and experiences along the way. Namaste.

RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER

Lindsay Silver

Lindsay was raised in Missoula, Montana. After completing college at the local university with a B.A. in Psychology she moved to Butte, Montana and started her family. Summer of 2018 brought Lindsay and her sons to Klamath Falls. Teachings learned throughout her course of study sparked a fascination of the mind and body, behavior and relationships that hold true to this day—always with a particular curiosity of how we can do it all better.
Lindsay discovered and immediately connected to yoga over 20 years ago. She embraced the practices and teachings as elemental to her wellness routine. Initially believing it to be distinct and available to only a few, she quickly learned that yoga is extraordinary in its availability to everyone. Meditation, connecting breath to movement, building flexibility as equally strength, and the intention setting within yoga have remained pivotal practices throughout her life and its varied peaks and valleys. Feeling profoundly grateful for what yoga has taught her, she jumped at the opportunity to join the Mahasana Yoga Teacher Training.
Approximately 15 years ago, Pilates found its way into Lindsay’s life. Pillars such as core strength, balance, and flexibility speak to her still and her approach is to weave them into yoga flow.
Lindsay has experience as a school counselor, victim advocate, writer, trainer, nutritionist, and student many times over. She is an Alan Watts enthusiast that thrives on new adventures, keeping mentally sharp, physically fit, coRee, sarcasm, and wit. To date, however, her most significant role is as mom to two strong-willed, marvelous sons.

Delaney Ryde

Delaney went to her first yoga class in 2013 and instantly fell in love with the way that it brings us all together. Flowing, breathing, and sweating together reminds her that we are all connected to each other and the natural world around us.

She currently works for Klamath Grown, a local non-profit food hub that runs an online farmers market and provides programming and support for local producers. For her, her yoga practice and food systems work go hand in hand as bringing mindfulness into each aspect of your life also involves what’s on your plate and it’s impact on the people, plants and animals that played a role in getting it there.

Her background comes from over 10 years of practicing hot yoga, vinyasa and yin practices and she incorporates a little bit of all three into her personal teaching style. Delaney recently graduated from Mahasana 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training held at Asana this Spring.

She’s honored to get the opportunity to teach at Asana and meet more of the Klamath Falls yoga community! In her classes you can expect a breath focused vinyasa flow that leaves you with a sweaty glow.

RYT-200 YOGA TEACHER

Meredith Hoffman

Meredith’s journey with wellness and alternative healthcare started back in her twenties.
As time passed, it was here in Klamath Falls where she found yoga classes and began researching the ancient healing practices of Ayurveda.

As the matriarchy of her family, Meredith totally understands the role of women as mothers, healers and providers! How do women take care of themselves while juggling family responsibilities?

In the last ten years she has immersed herself in learning healing power of the food we plate up, of the ancient practices of Ayurveda and the benefits of daily meditation. This past spring she took the plunge into Yoga Teacher Training to get a deeper understanding of yoga. Teaching wasn’t really her goal but after becoming certified it was evident she couldn’t keep this to herself.

She focuses on connecting body and breath along with understanding how Ayurveda can help each of us learn to personalize our own practice on the mat whether in class or at home.

Come explore our gentle EnLighten Flow classes with Meredith. Go deeper into meaning of yoga no matter what your level is!

Becca Ingram

Rebecca (Becca) is a local, born and raised in Klamath Falls. She spends most of her free time
with her 2 dogs (fur babies). The 3 of them have a love for any activity with water or snow.

She had always thought of yoga as a workout class and had only experienced the “gym” version
of yoga until she wandered into Asana. She quickly became aware of the healing and
transformative powers of yoga. For her, yoga is so much more than a workout. Yoga is mind,
body, and soul. It is challenging, fun, community, relief from stress and anxiety, restorative, and
life changing.

Becca received her Mahasana 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate from Asana earlier
this year and looks forward to being both student and teacher. Her class will follow the Vinyasa
style of yoga. She likes to think of it as a dance, flowing from one pose to the next with your
breath. A great place to start or to be challenged.
