What if you could get out of the mundane and drop What if you could get out of the mundane and drop into a soulful experience where you felt more connected to yourself, clarity in your life’s path, and felt more radiant by summer solstice? But what does that even mean? Tantra teaches that the body is the portal to the soul. If we are disconnected to our humanness, how can we touch into our soul? Part of connecting to yourself is becoming more aware of the way your body moves, what and HOW you eat, the way your mind processes, how your digesting your emotions, how you’re sleeping, how you’re enjoying pleasures of life…. When you are able to move your body with intention (especially when you are able to touch into the subtle energy, physiology, and anatomical alignments), the impact becomes greater and more fluid, your self-awareness increases, and you become more mindful and more present of those “off the mat” experiences, too. And when that starts to happen, you begin connecting more to your breath, softer moments, and more spaciousness in your mind - a deeper connection to YOU. Your highest self - and this begins opening up clarity. Clarity for the next phase of your life. Clarity in your soul’s desires. Clarity in that big decision. Talking about big decisions, if you are considering our YTT, the next time you come to class, set the intention to be open about this program and any wisdom to come through. Sometimes it happens at savasana, but it might not come until someone randomly says something that sparks a “ahhhhh” moment. Because you set the intention to be open to listen. Get it? It doesn’t take much. but it does take consistent practice - on the mat, out in nature, in your breath, at church. Wherever that is. This has nothing to do with what religion you hold dear to your heart. When that clarity is near, your inner radiance begins to turn on and life magnifies it. This training is designed for all people wanting to deepen their experience around yoga through a vinyasa-based practice weaved with Tantra yoga, feminine-form Ayurveda, and energy medicine.
